PAYROLL

This basic quote includes payroll processed twice monthly or every two weeks. We will provide:

• Pay Stubs for employees
• comprehensive payroll reports and accurate record keeping for employers
• Timely electronic tax payments for employer
• Quarterly payroll reporting
• Year end W2 forms for employees

1 – 9 employees: $69.00/month
10 – 20 employees: $89.00/month

More than 20 employees: call for quote
There is a one-time setup fee of $200.00

We can also provide payroll services on different schedules: weekly, monthly, quarterly. Call our office for a quote on one of these schedules.

we also offer:

Direct Deposit (1.90 per deposited item)
Specialized payroll reposts, electronic child support or garnishment payments as requested

If you are interested in these services, we will require one week lead time to have your setup completed. We have a form with the required information listed, plus we would need a current completed W4 form for each employee.
